CEREMOVE
A Living Movement Experience of Ceremony
CEREMOVE is a guided movement class rooted in presence, play, and being moved.
It is a blend of yoga, dance, pranayama, clowning, animal flow, and authentic movement, woven together through my own lived relationship with the body. Inhabiting a body is one of my favorite parts of this dream and to be moved is such a profound experience.
This class is not about performance and it's not about getting it right. It's a moving meditation intended to loosen you up and release emotions through the body.
You will learn movements, postures, flow sequences, and the art of authentic movement through presence and play. You will also learn to move with more awareness, freedom, flexibility, strength, and intimacy with breath, sensation, and expression.
